After seeing many cars over a two month period, it was refreshing to find a trader who delivers what the advert stated. Alvestoke Automotive gave an honest description and a comfortable buying experience of a used car. Certainly worth going back there if ever I need to buy another.

I recently purchased a BMW X3 from Alverstoke Automotive LTD, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Excellent experience after a horrid one with a main car dealer in hartlepool.. Gavin was amazing to deal with. Honest, helpful, went above and beyond and very prompt. Always kept me updated and replied very quickly. Had my car ready the next day that I drove back in without any issues. Only downside is that they're 2.5 hours away from me but I'll gladly take that trip again when searching for my next car.

When it came to buying a car we didn’t know where to start, after our initial enquiry with Gavin he put us at ease and made the buying experience very simple. The vehicle description and images were very thorough and the vehicle was exactly as described. He helped setup our finance and even delivered our new car to our house and collected our part exchange at the same time on his truck! We didn’t have to lift a finger throughout the whole process!
